Napheesa didn’t suit up for the team’s sixth game of the season against the Phoenix Mercury because she was ruled out due to a knee injury.
Record for the Lynx Star
Collier joined Maya Moore as the only two Lynx players to start four games of the season with 20 or more points. In the first game of the season, she scored 18 points in the third quarter, tying her for second place with franchise greats like Odyssey Sims, Moore, and Sylvia Fowles for the most points scored in a quarter. This recognition was her first of the season and her eighth overall, elevating her to second place in the Lynx franchise for the most weekly awards. In five games, she became the first player to score 100 points this season.
