Napheesa Collier

It is no surprise that Napheesa Collier made the First Team after her spectacular performance for the Lunar Owls. She opened the season with a bang, having a double-double of 27 points and 11 rebounds. That became her pacesetter as Collier maintained a high-scoring and rebounding streak throughout the season. Napheesa has been key for the Owls in this inaugural season as she currently sits at the top of the scoring leaderboard, averaging 25.7 points. She is placed in fourth place in rebounding, averaging 10.6 rebounds per game. Her success on the floor has placed the Lunar Owls first, losing only one game in the 14 regular-season games.

In the 1v1 tournament, she continued to dominate and lost only one game in the three-round final games against Aaliyah Edwards, where she scooped $200,000 as the winning bonus.

Chelsea Gray

Unrivaled has demonstrated to women’s basketball fanatics that they may have witnessed one of the premier point guards, Chelsea Gray, in professional basketball. The Roses player has been a standout all season with her smooth ball handling and well-calculated passes. She currently ranks third on the leaderboard, averaging 21.3 points and 5.1 rebounds per game. Additionally, she leads the league in assists at 5.4 per game. Gray has been instrumental for the Roses, who struggled earlier in the season but advanced to the semifinals as the second seed. And advancing to the finals. Gray and the Rose won the championship game against the Vinyl, winning 62-54.

In the 1v1 challenge, she did not put up much of a show, losing to Shakira Austin in the first round.

Kayla McBride

McBride has been a key player for the Laces, who entered the playoffs as the third seed. She averaged 22.2 points and 5.7 rebounds per game and concluded the regular season as the second-highest three-point scorer in the league, with 41 made shots, second only to Vinyl’s Rhyne Howard. She played a vital role in securing the Laces’ playoff spot. However, the Laces lost to the Rose in Sunday’s semifinals.

Second Team

The Unrivaled Second Team was awarded to Skylar Diggins-Smith, Rhyne Howard, and Angel Reese. Even though she was placed ninth on the leaderboard, Diggins-Smith was instrumental to the Lunar Owls’ success, combining efforts with Collier. She averaged 17.9 rebounds and is placed second in assists with 4.8 assists per game after Chelsea Gray. Howard finished the regular season with a record (46) 3-point shots made to lead the league in 3-pointers. She was key for the success of the Vinyl, who narrowly made it to the playoffs given that they tied with the Mist at 5-7 in the regular season.

The Vinyls made it to the finals and lost to the Rose by eight points. Reese’s hard work around the rim contributed significantly to the Rose’s success. She averaged 13.1 points and 12.1 rebounds, making her the regular season’s rebound leader. She also finished the regular season, placing second in double-doubles with eight.
