Double Elimination Tournament
This double-elimination tournament will feature 48 teams, with two sites hosting four-team brackets and the remaining eight five-team brackets. Each bracket winner will advance to the NAIA Softball World Series in Columbus, Georgia, commencing on May 22.

- University of the Cumberlands (Ky.) – UC Softball Complex, Williamsburg, KY
- Georgia Gwinnett College – Grizzly Softball Complex, Lawrenceville, GA
- Indiana Wesleyan University – Sue Bowman Field, Marion, IN
- Northwestern College (Iowa) – Open Space Park, Sioux Center, IA
- Oklahoma City University – Ann Lacey Stadium, Oklahoma City, OK
- Oregon Institute of Technology – John and Lois Stilwell Stadium, Klamath Falls, OR
- Our Lady of the Lake University (Texas) – St. Mary’s University Softball Field, San Antonio, TX
- University of Science & Arts of Oklahoma – Bill Smith Ballpark, Chickasha, OK
- Southern Oregon University – University Softball Field, Ashland, OR
Host Site Selection Process
The selection of host sites was determined by the NAIA Softball National Championship Selection Committee, which considered geography, facilities, and host qualifications. Applications for hosting were due by April 15, 2025.
Qualifying Team Announcements
The full field of 48 qualifying teams will be announced on Wednesday, May 7, at 6:00 p.m. ET. The winners from each Opening Round site will advance to the NAIA Softball World Series in Columbus, Georgia, beginning May 22.
