The Women’s Basketball Coaches Association announced the coaches who will be part of its elevated program for assistant coaches who seek to become collegiate coaches. The program holds a three-day intensive training course that provides the selected participants with a space for continuous learning. The coaches are involved in a virtual learning space before and after the convention.

The coaches selected are obtained through a rigorous process, which involves their head coaches nominating them to the WBCA, and the coaches must be members of the WBCA. They must also have five years of coaching experience prior to being nominated.
