Kylie Kelce, a former collegiate field hockey standout and proud mom of four, has become a powerful advocate for young female athletes. She uses her visibility to foster confidence, empowerment, and inclusivity in sports. She is outspoken on the topics of women’s sports, social media and modern parenting.

Championing Body Confidence

Kylie partnered with Dove’s Body Confident Sport Program, an initiative designed to help girls aged 11 to 17 embrace their bodies and stay active in sports. She highlights using sports to boost confidence, encouraging young girls to focus on what their bodies can do rather than how they look.

Kylie is “hyper-aware” of how she speaks about her body around her three daughters and the players she coaches, attentively fostering a culture of positive self-talk and self-worth.

Hands-On Mentorship

Kylie has combined passion and action to host field hockey clinics and camps for girls in Kansas City. These events are open to athletes from kindergarten through high school and are aimed at introducing the sport, building skills, and igniting enthusiasm. During one of the camps, Kylie was quoted as emphasizing the value of competition, saying, “One of the best things you can have is competition because it drives you to be better.”

Elevating the Conversation Through Media

Late last year, in December 2024, Kylie launched the “Not Gonna Lie” podcast, which quickly rose to No. 1 on both Spotify and Apple charts. She admitted it was “terrifying” to open up her personal life on her podcast, which she has leveraged to highlight body positivity, women in sports, motherhood, and empowerment.

She has hosted compelling voices during different episodes, including Olympian Ilona Maher and sportscasters like Erin Andrews, who offered insights into how sports build confidence and resilience.

Kylie premiered a short film, “Fans of Confidence,” at a Gotham FC vs. Washington Spirit game in the NWSL, highlighting professional athletes supporting youth players to promote inclusion and encouragement. It was in partnership with Gotham FC’s initiative, “Keep Her in the Game.”

Advocacy Beyond the Field

Kylie’s influence extends beyond sports. Recently awarded a Parents Next Gen Award, recognizing her authentic approach to motherhood and her outspoken support for children’s causes. She and her husband, Jason Kelce, have raised over $1 million for the Eagles Autism Foundation and support youth empowerment via the nonprofit (Be)Philly.
